We’re heading towards the 3rd edition of this little festival which will bring you
another fistfull of finest Soul, Ska, Rhythm’n’Blues and 60s Garage!

So please let me introduce you to this years programme:

Hipbone Slim & The Kneejerks (UK)

The power trio hailing from Great Britain nods to Link Wray, The Sonics, Howlin' Wolf and Bo Diddley
to name only a few. Featuring members of the legendary Milkshakes and the Headcoats, they give us what we’ve been starving for: Kick-ass Garage, Beat and Frat Surf!

The Hoodoo Sinners (USA/CH)

The Boston based Rhythm’n’Blues screamer is best known as the frontman of Barrence Whitfield and the Savages who had their high tides during the mid 80s. With his energetic knock-out stage performance Barrence brings you Little Richard, Wilson Pickett, Jackie Wilson and Solomon Burke all at once which will surely get your ass shaking and screaming for more!

He’ll be backed by no other but the great Ambassadors of Rockin Rhythm’n’Blues , the Hoodoo Sinners.
One of the finest and most solid Swiss bands when it comes to melodic but pumpin' powerful rockin' rhythms.

The Excitements (Barcelona)

Emerging from Barcelona the Excitements aren’t just a band, they are an atomic bomb. Their concert is a dynamic power experience of a hot Rhythm’n’Soul Cocktail which you simply must see! Etta James, Ike and Tina Turner, early James Brown and Sugar Pie de Santo are some of the names that’ll give you a hint about the Excitements’ sound. The band brings you a most energetic show comprising the most furious and authentic RnB floor fillers and spine-chilling ballads.

DJane Nicki Morgenstern (GEMANY)

We call her very simply „Mamma BOOM BOOM BOOM“! Being one of the fundamental members of the legendary Wildcat Night Frankfurt (Est. 1991), she is spinning finest RnB up the stairways to heaven and back ever since! So be sure to get your Shim-Sham-Shimmy space on the dancefloor!!!

DJ Houserocking Chris (ITALY)

Formerly known as the frontman of the Rockin’ Bluesband „Ball’n’Chains“, Chris
is the co-founder of the grand Torino RnB Club - a safe bet for a "dancefloor-filler with killers"! He is known to play Gold when it comes to 50s and 60s Rhythms and Off-Beats!

MC Mario Capitanio (Bern)

This years MC goes by the name of Mario Capitanio! He is one of the most talented musicians, passionate painters and charming joke tellers – but for very sure the most elegant Italiano the Walk of Fame has ever seen! He will be your host of the night by leading you through the festivals programme!
